So far, it has provided free electronic seals and on-chain safes to more than 2,400 companies.

The Huangpu District Government Service Data Management Bureau organically combines blockchain technology with original government services and enterprise services to achieve the reengineering and optimization of government service processes. The Huangpu District Enterprise On-chain Service Platform can provide enterprise on-chain services for more than 200 government affairs matters such as clear code services, electronic signatures, credit sharing, and notification and commitment approval. The material preparation time has been reduced by 70%. Clear code services and signatures have been completed on the chain. It has been used for accounting more than 2,000 times, and uploaded and shared more than 50,000 pieces of data on the chain, building an accurate and efficient green channel for governments and enterprises to serve enterprises.

Before the two parties cooperate, the company's on-chain services can accurately provide a portrait of the company, including company size, credit rating, qualifications, etc. If appropriate, a blockchain electronic contract can be initiated immediately and signed online to quickly promote cooperative relationships. Up to now, the Huangpu District Enterprise Chain Service Platform has drawn credit portraits of 2,195 enterprises, effectively promoting the accurate matching of supply and demand for nearly 100 orders between enterprises.
