2. The fund management methods of science fund projects are divided into contract system and budget system. 3. Applicants no longer include students when filling in the main participants. They only need to fill in the total number of students participating in the program. Applicants should invite the main participants to fill in their resume online through the information system and upload the PDF version of the resume file automatically generated by the information system. If the resume of the main participants is not uploaded as required, the project application will not be submitted.
4. Applicants and participants should use unique identification documents to apply for the program. If you have used other identification documents to receive project funding as an applicant or participant, this should be noted in the application.
5. The applicant should ensure that the email address provided is open and valid, so that after the project review is completed, the applicant can receive notification of approval or disapproval of the project funding application in a timely manner, as well as relevant information about the funding project. 6. The main reasons why our school has failed to pass the preliminary review of the National Natural Science Foundation of China over the years:

(7) Projects missing from the application (research objectives, research plans, key scientific issues to be solved, feasibility analysis, characteristics and innovation points);
(8) The application code selection is wrong;
(9) Failure to fill in the remarks as required;
(10) The application form has missing pages or items;
(11) Failure to write the main text in accordance with the application guidelines.
7. Pay attention to academic misconduct issues:
The National Natural Science Foundation of China application system will strictly review and compare the contents of each submitted application form. Applicants must pay attention to the ranking of relevant documents, patents and achievement awards provided by the applicant that represent the basis of previous work. Information such as the order, whether the author is the corresponding author, and the research project (including project number) must be strictly checked with the original documents to avoid academic misconduct in scientific research.
